I’m on the team at Granger Community Church as Pastor of Arts and Teaching, which means I have the unbelievable privilege of leading our arts teams in the audacious effort of mustering all the beauty we can conjure to show our world a glimpse of who God is, what He has done, and what He calls us to.  Most days it feels like I have more questions than answers, but art is equally good for the seeking and the declaring.  There was a day when common didn’t mean ‘ordinary’ as much as it meant ‘shared’, and I’m hoping we can share something in the seeking here.

steve and debbie miller | 32 years and counting

My mom and dad are celebrating 32 years together today!! Here's one of my favorite pics of the two of them.

I love you so much, Mom and Dad.  You've both been such a huge part of my life, loving me and Jeff, leading us, taking care of us, teaching us, putting up with us.  Your faithfulness to each other has been a huge gift to us, too.  Thanks for giving each other and us your very best, year after year.

Wow! Your Dad is the man who first welcomed me to GCC!!! Had no idea ya'll were related. My daughter had been invited to GCC but we were leery of sending her without someone else who could interpret whatever happened. Now my entire family attends and GOD has worked TREMENDOUS healing for all of us; especially the children due to prior church trauma. So - tell your Dad GOD used him and GOD bless all of you!!
